Her writings have driven the need to form new positions of enunciation, from which fictions and feminist figurations challenge certainties and closed or definitive identities. We need to give space to Anzaldúa’s figurations that reconfigure identity and experience to rethink the political meaning of the name and of identity. Serpientes and nepantleras are two concepts that force a redefinition identity and experiences allowing the emergence of new spaces for action, transformation, and political recognition. A lo largo de todasu obra, la escritorachicanaGloriaAnzaldúa buscó cuestionar el lugar de la identidad y su conexión con las posibilidades de crear nuevas formas de reconocimiento desde la experiencia. Sus textos han impulsado la necesidad de conformar nuevas posiciones de enunciación, desde las cuales las ficciones y las figuraciones feministas desplacen los lugares comunes, las certezas y las identidades cerradas o definitivas. Necesitamos dar espacio a las figuraciones que reconfiguran la identidad y la experiencia, a fin de repensar el sentido político del nombre y la identidad. Serpientes y nepantleras son dos conceptos que, desde la escritura de Anzaldúa, fuerzan una resignificaciónde la pertenencia, abriendo las posibilidades de encontrarseconotros a partir de fugas identitarias y experiencias marcadas por la diferencia que permiten el surgimiento de nuevos espacios de acción, transformación y reconocimiento políticos.
