In this research work it is analyzed and characterized, the gender perspective in the design of public policies for Vocational Training during the years 2015-2019, as from the FOR-GEN program. Therefore, it will be carried out, a qualitative study with descriptive empirical techniques, starting from the concepts of subjectivities and gender roles as a cultural construct that affect the design of public policies. Finally, it concludes, in the first place, the gender roles influence in the choice of training formative, in the second place, that the public policies of Vocational Training in Argentina, they had a universal and neutral character with respect to the gender perspective. Hacia la década de los ‘80, a nivel mundial se comenzó a debatir y poner en agenda la cuestión sobre la igualdad entre hombres y mujeres. De este modo, se empezó a promover la inclusión de enfoques de género en las políticas públicas. En el presente trabajo de investigación se analiza y caracteriza la perspectiva de género en el diseño de las políticas públicas de Formación Profesional durante los años 2015-2019, a partir del programa FOR-GEN. Para ello, se llevará a cabo un estudio de tipo cualitativo con técnicas empírico-descriptivas, partiendo de los conceptos de subjetividades y roles de género como una construcción cultural que inciden en el diseño de las políticas públicas. Finalmente se concluye, en primer lugar, que los roles de género influyen en la elección de los trayectos formativos, y, en segundo lugar, que las políticas públicas de Formación Profesional en Argentina tuvieron un carácter universal y neutral respecto de la perspectiva de género.
