The main thesis is the vulnerability in which transmigrants from those countries have been placed, as well as the lack of information about Human Rights by the Mexican population, which creates an environment conducive to their violation. El presente artículo expone la relación intrínseca entre la fragilidad de los migrantes originarios de Centroamérica durante su tránsito por México y la situación actual social y política migratoria. Teniendo como tesis principal la vulnerabilidad en la que se ha colocado a los transmigrantes de aquellos países, así como la falta de información sobre los Derechos Humanos por parte de la población mexicana, lo cual crea el ambiente propicio para la violación de los mismos.
