Este artículo describe y reflexiona sobre diferentes momentos del investigador, durante la etapa de observación participante en espacios de trabajo de periodistas. Se hace hincapié en las dificultades y desafíos, desde una perspectiva reflexiva. Desde un estudio de caso en la sala de redacción de un diario, se indagó en los principales cambios en la organización productiva y del trabajo, en el contexto digital, y en las percepciones de redactores, editores, diseñadores y fotógrafos sobre ese proceso.
