Los discursos de las maestras mendocinas nos traen con sus voces algunos testimonios de esta extranjeridad que supone no pertenecer a la hegemonía patriarcal. Algunos ejes que se abordan atravesando las cuestiones de la mujer y la docencia son: autonomía y heteronomía, nosotros y los otros, las lógicas de la formación docente, la burocracia y el puntaje, el Estado y la política, el poder y la biopolítica, lo público"¦ Cuando hablamos de oprimidos/oprimidas en educación, no nos referimos sólo a los/las estudiantes, quienes estarían en el lugar de mayor exclusión respecto de la participación en las decisiones, en especial en el pasado; sino también a las maestras, quienes eran consideradas las ejecutoras de proyectos ajenos, muchas veces sin tener siquiera conciencia de la dominación ejercida por la hegemonía y que, como expresa Dussel, lo sufren en sus propios cuerpos.     When speaking of "the other", in this case, of "the female other"; the woman, the mother, the woman  teacher as opposed or complementary figures to the male, as others included in an identity denial, we come back to authors like Enrique Dussel in a try to understand and rethink trought these denominations assumptions.  Teachers from Mendoza speeches bring us with their voices some strangeness testimonies implying alienation in the patriarchal hegemony. Some of the addressed axes are through this questions of women and teaching are: autonomy and heteronomy, we and the others, the logics of teacher training, bureaucracy and score, the State and politics, power and biopolitics, the public thing"¦ When we speak about oppressors / oppressed in education, we refer not only to students, who would be in the place of greater exclusion regarding decisions part, especially in the past; but also to the teachers, who were considered the external  projects executors, often not even being aware of the exercised hegemony domination and which, as Dussel expresses, they suffer in their own bodies.
