The following work of reflection aims to build memory of a commitment to the lives of women in Abya Yala and the feminist politics that it involves in the struggles for the body-territory, thinking about it as the product of power relations and stories of oppression, as proposed by Dorotea Gómez, that is, as a field and object of struggle for existence. This paper has the character of "essay", not in its formal sense, but rather in the praxis involved in trying to systematize an experience that is, by definition, a constant flow of transformation while self-defense, for women, is a continuous stream of coding and decoding and revolution, without limits or end, adaptable to each environment in the present, which makes it difficult not only to speak of self-defense as such, but also to fully describe its scope and results as praxis. However, it is time to write our story. |
