Overcome the rigidity and stagnation of the 70s, from the second half of the 80s until the present, the Cuban historiography shows a thematic diversity, an epistemological dynamism and willingness to update his speech, making it one of the areas of greatest intellectual activity and influence in contemporary society in Cuba.
