This article considers the general guidelines for the design of a Digital Institutional Educational Project (PEID), which can be adapted to educational institutions of different levels and, at the same time, account for coherent and possible processes. Para atender las necesidades educativas actuales, que implican reacciones y adaptaciones constantes por parte de los equipos de gestión, en este artículo se proponen diversos elementos con la finalidad de implementar inteligentemente los recursos tecnológicos y digitales en el ámbito educativo. Particularmente, se consideran los lineamientos generales para el diseño de un Proyecto Educativo Institucional Digital (PEID), posible de ser adaptado a establecimientos educativos de distintos niveles y, al mismo tiempo,que dé cuenta de procesos coherentes y significativos.
