This research develops an interpretative analysis of the stories told by headmasters of public high schools of Buenos Aires within the framework of the Final Work of a seminar named “The ICT, educational management and the appropriation of the virtual space”. In this sense, the characteristics of the Final Work and the actions executed so far to analyze around 200 stories are mentioned. Likewise, some approaches to the object of study are indicated, based on the performed analyzes. Finally, some considerations and preliminary conclusions are raised. El trabajo que se pone a consideración presenta algunos avances de la investigación “Reconfiguración de roles y tareas en el marco del programa Conectar Igualdad: percepciones y representaciones de los directivos, docentes y estudiantes de escuelas secundarias de la provincia de Buenos Aires”; en la cual se lleva a cabo un análisis interpretativo de los relatos producidos por directivos de escuelas secundarias públicas bonaerenses en el marco del seminario Las TIC, la gestión educativa y la apropiación del espacio virtual. En tal sentido, se mencionan las características del trabajo final de dicho seminario y las acciones ejecutadas hasta el momento para concretar el análisis de alrededor de 200 relatos. Asimismo, se señalan algunos acercamientos al objeto de estudio, sobre la base de los análisis realizados, y se plantean consideraciones y conclusiones preliminares.
