They were prepared in times of pandemic caused by COVID-19, allowing continuity to the teaching-learning process, essentially “online” and were taken up in the development of the research field work: Educational Guidance to the teacher for the preparation and development of learning strategies adjusted to the university context. The continuous interaction between teachers, students and pedagogical counselors allowed reflection on classroom practices and their transformation, facilitating, in turn, achieving the learning objectives set at the beginning of each academic year in the subject. Putting the lived experience into words stimulates rethinking about those strategies that even today continue to be effective, contextualized, innovative and sustainable |

Putting the lived experience into words stimulates rethinking about those strategies that even today continue to be effective, contextualized, innovative and sustainable El trabajo resume estrategias de enseñanza y aprendizaje desarrolladas desde la asignatura Práctica Forense II, de la carrera de Abogacía en la Universidad de Concepción del Uruguay. Las mismas fueron elaboradas en época de pandemia ocasionada por el COVID-19 permitiendo dar continuidad al proceso de enseñanza- aprendizaje, esencialmente “en línea” y se retomaron en el desarrollo del trabajo de campo de la investigación: Orientación Educativa al docente para la elaboración y desarrollo de estrategias de aprendizaje ajustadas al contexto universitario. La interacción continua entre docentes, estudiantes y orientadores pedagógicos, permitió la reflexión sobre las prácticas áulicas y transformar las mismas, facilitando a su vez, alcanzar los objetivos de aprendizaje trazados en el inicio de cada año académico en la asignatura. Poner en palabras la experiencia transitada, estimula el re pensar sobre aquellas estrategias de aprendizaje que fueron y aun hoy, siguen siendo efectivas, contextualizadas, innovadoras y sostenibles. O trabalho resume estratégias de ensino e aprendizagem desenvolvidas a partir da disciplina de Prática Forense II, do curso de Direito da Universidade de Concepción del Uruguay. Foram elaborados em tempos de pandemia provocada pela COVID-19, permitindo a continuidade do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, essencialmente “online” e são retomados no desenvolvimento do trabalho de campo de investigação: Orientação Educacional ao professor para a preparação e desenvolvimento de estratégias de aprendizagem ajustadas ao contexto universitário. A interação contínua entre professores, alunos e orientadores pedagógicos permitiu a reflexão sobre as práticas de sala de aula e a sua transformação, facilitando, por sua vez, o alcance dos objetivos de aprendizagem definidos no início de cada ano letivo da disciplina. Colocar a experiência em palavras estimula a repensar aquelas estratégias que ainda hoje continuam a ser eficazes, contextualizadas, inovadoras e sustentáveis.
