El objetivo de este artículo es rescatar los años iniciales del Departamento de Cine y Televisión por ser éstos, posiblemente, los menos conocidos, para contribuir a la historia de la ahora Facultad de Artes de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. Quedan muchísimos recuerdos que sin duda formarán parte de otros escritos, de otras memorias.Dedicado al recuerdo de los compañeros alumnos desaparecidos del Departamento de Cine, que creyeron en los cambios y no pudieron verlos: Carlos Godoy, Luis Roque Leiva, Eduardo Mac. Lean,  Pablo Espeche, Angela Salamone, Ana Heinz y Sebastián Llorens.
