The importance of understanding how work-family affects people's lives has been recognized in light of increasing work demands and family obligations. This review proposed to carry out a systematic search of the recent scientific literature to analyze the work-family relationship in workers of private companies. Following the PRISMA methodology, searches were carried out in the WOS, SCOPUS and SCIELO databases, including academic articles, in Spanish and English. 19 relevant investigations that analyzed the subject of study and that met the determined eligibility criteria were included. A predominance of quantitative, non-experimental and relational studies is observed, in addition, the majority of the samples come from Portugal, established non-probabilistically and of moderate size, a diversity of dimensions is evident, as well as, they were addressed largely from cross-sectional designs. Longitudinal studies with more diverse samples are necessary, particularly for the Latin American context. |

La relación trabajo-familia se refiere a la interacción bidireccional entre el trabajo remunerado y las responsabilidades familiares de un individuo. Implica cómo cada rol impacta en el otro, en aspectos positivos como el crecimiento y negativos como el conflicto. Esta interdependencia entre trabajo y familia se ha intensificado dada la creciente demanda en ambos ámbitos, impactando en la vida de los trabajadores. Se propuso la búsqueda sistemática de la literatura científica para analizar la relación trabajo-familia en trabajadores de empresas privadas. Siguiendo la metodología PRISMA, se realizaron búsquedas en las bases WOS, SCOPUS y SCIELO. Se incluyeron 19 investigaciones que analizaron la temática de estudio. Se observaron diferencias en el conflicto trabajo-familia a nivel de género, generado por diversos estresores. Los hallazgos destacan la necesidad de contar con ambientes laborales que equilibren las demandas y promuevan apoyo, permitiendo a los trabajadores desempeñar positivamente sus roles laborales y familiares. A importância de entender como o trabalho e a família afetam a vida das pessoas foi reconhecida à luz das crescentes demandas de trabalho e obrigações familiares. Esta revisão propôs realizar uma busca sistemática na literatura científica recente para analisar a relação trabalho-família em trabalhadores de empresas privadas. Seguindo a metodologia PRISMA, foram realizadas buscas nas bases de dados WOS, SCOPUS e SCIELO, incluindo artigos acadêmicos, nos idiomas espanhol e inglês. Foram incluídas 19 investigações relevantes que analisaram o objeto de estudo e que atenderam aos critérios de elegibilidade determinados. Observa-se uma predominância de estudos quantitativos, não experimentais e relacionais, além disso, a maioria das amostras provém de Portugal, estabelecidas de forma não probabilística e de dimensão moderada, é evidente uma diversidade de dimensões, bem como, foram abordadas em grande parte de desenhos transversais. Estudos longitudinais com amostras mais diversificadas são necessários, principalmente para o contexto latino-americano.
