We understand that the analysis of the links between the political visions that sought to position the province as a destination and the technical contributions for the construction of tourism equipment, allows placing the actions of the conservative government in Mendoza, as one of the first examples at a national level that marked the transition between the experiences of elite tourism / leisure at the beginning of the 20th century, and the social democratization of this practice during the Peronism.
