Cuando miramos las jurisdicciones, observamos los reportes de fiestas clandestinas, reuniones de amigos o familiares que exceden el tiempo y la cantidad de lo dispuesto por las autoridades de salud. Así podemos ver que, la proporción mayoritaria de los brotes se imponen por estas conductas y las aglomeraciones indebidas de personas, incluso en bares o establecimientos similares.
