With respect to managerial factors, the most frequent is related to recognition. According to the continent where the investigations were carried out, the largest proportion of articles derives from South America. It is concluded that the Burnout Syndrome in nurses is a problem determined by various factors that vary depending on the organizational culture El objetivo de esta revisión fue determinar los factores organizacionales que influyen en el Burnout en los enfermeros.
