It was determined, regarding hiding emotions, when asking Do you consider your work causes emotional distress, that in Cordoba there is 82.2 % of positive answers, the same as in Santiago del Estero; the frequence sometimes is 85.8% in Jujuy and it also exceeds 80% in La Pampa. A similar situation is presented with the question Do you have to keep you emotions and avoid expressing them; the highest frequency of answers goes for the categories always and frequently. It was found that between 20 and 40% of workers expressed they cannot do their work in peace and keep it up to date. As a conclusion, this health staff presents high frequency of exposition to psychosocial risks in the work setting, creating the need to find out about the conditioning factors of these risks and set up actions to promote healthier working environments.

El objetivo de esta investigación fue indagar sobre la presencia de factores de riesgos psicosociales en el ambiente de trabajo del personal de enfermería de establecimientos públicos de las provincias de Córdoba, Jujuy, La Pampa y Santiago del Estero. Se diseñó un estudio de corte transversal, que incluyó 1.129 trabajadores de los servicios de enfermería de hospitales estatales de las jurisdicciones elegidas, seleccionados mediante muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple, con un nivel de confianza del 95% y un error muestral del 5%. Los datos fueron relevados entre Octubre de 2012 y Febrero de 2013. Se estudiaron las dimensiones de exigencias psicológicas, control sobre el trabajo, y apoyo social y calidad del liderazgo. Se determinó que predominan en el ámbito laboral riesgos psicosociales altos en dos de las tres dimensiones estudiadas: exigencias psicológicas y apoyo social y calidad de liderazgo, aunque con resultados variables entre jurisdicciones. La pampa, fue donde se encontró la situación más favorable y santiago del estero en la que los riesgos psicosociales se presentan con mayor frecuencia. Se concluyé que esté personal sanitario está expuesto a ambientes de trabajo donde se evidencia la presencia de riesgos psicosociales que pueden ocasionar problemas de salud a los trabajadores y afectar negativamente la calidad de atención a los usuarios de los servicios, lo que genera la necesidad de indagar sobre los factores condicionantes de estos riesgos y establecer acciones de promoción de ambientes de trabajo más saludables. Resumo O objetivo desta pesquisa foi Identificar os riscos psicossociais no trabalho dos enfermeiros em estabelecimentos públicos do segundo nível de cuidados das Províncias de Córdoba Jujuy, Santiago del Estero e La Pampa, na Argentina. Desenhou-se um estudo descritivo, transversal, abrangendo 1129 enfermeiros, selecionados por amostragem probabilística aleatória simples, com um nível de confiança de 95% e um erro amostral de 5% ,pertencentes a hospitais públicos estaduais nas províncias de Córdoba, Santiago del Estero, La Pampa e Jujuy . Foi determinado, em relação às exigências de emoções escondidas, para perguntar se Você acha que o seu trabalho dá-lhe sofrimento emocional, em Córdoba respondem com uma percentagem de resposta positiva de 82,2%, como em Santiago del Estero onde à frequência às vezes corresponde a 85,8%; em Jujuy e La Pampa também é superior a 80%. Uma situação similar apresenta-se com a pergunta Você tem que manter suas emoções e não expressá-las, a maior frequência de respostas é obtida nas categorias sempre e frequentemente Verificou-se uma proporção de entre 20 e 40% dos trabalhadores que relatam que não podem fazer o seu trabalho com tranquilidade e mantê-lo atualizado. Conclui-se que a equipe médica tem uma alta frequência de exposição a riscos psicossociais no local de trabalho, gerando-se a necessidade de investigar os determinantes de tais riscos e estabelecer medidas para promover ambientes de trabalho mais saudáveis.
