By virtue of this, the present work aims to analyze the main initiatives of the Open Province program, in the light of the open government policy, having as theoretical framework academic articles and legislation related to the subject under study. As for the approach strategy, documentary compilation and an interview conducted via email to the authorities of the Open Province will be used. Finally, some recommendations for the improvement of the program are proposed, in particular, initiatives are suggested to improve the articulation between the province and the municipalities, regarding open government.

El Gobierno Abierto se ha establecido como un nuevo paradigma en la gestión pública. En este sentido, el Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires lanzó el programa Provincia Abierta: una iniciativa que tiene como objetivo la apertura de datos para ponerlos a disposición de los ciudadanos, generar canales de comunicación entre los ciudadanos y la sociedad civil, y fomentar la creación de un gobierno más colaborativo entre los diferentes actores sociales. En virtud de ello, el presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar las principales iniciativas del programa Provincia Abierta, a la luz de la política de gobierno abierto, teniendo como marco teórico artículos académicos y legislación relacionada con el tema objeto de estudio. En cuanto a la estrategia de abordaje, se utilizará recopilación documental y una entrevista realizada vía correo electrónico a las autoridades de Provincia Abierta. Finalmente, se proponen algunas recomendaciones para la mejora del programa, en especial, se sugieren iniciativas para perfeccionar la articulación entre la provincia y los municipios, en materia de gobierno abierto. O governo aberto se estabeleceu como um novo paradigma na gestão pública. Nesse sentido, o Governo da Província de Buenos Aires lançou o programa Província Aberta: uma iniciativa que visa abrir dados para disponibilizá-los aos cidadãos, gerar canais de comunicação entre os cidadãos e a sociedade civil e incentivar a criação de um governo mais colaborativo entre os diferentes atores sociais. Em virtude disso, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as principais iniciativas do programa Província Aberta, à luz da política de governo aberto, tendo como referencial teórico artigos acadêmicos e legislação relacionados ao tema em estudo. Quanto à estratégia de abordagem, será utilizada a compilação de documentários e uma entrevista realizada por e-mail às autoridades da Província Aberta. Por fim, são propostas algumas recomendações para a melhoria do programa, em particular sugeridas iniciativas para melhorar a articulação entre a província e os municípios em relação ao governo aberto.
