In this direction, the promulgation of the National Education Law N° 26206/06, promotes the extension of the secondary level completely. This implied that provincial jurisdictions carried out strategies to attend to this extension of rights. As regards the province of Cordoba, one of the devices that was created is the Program for the Inclusion and Completion of Secondary Education and Labor Training for Young People from 14 to 17 years old (PIT 14-17). It was dedicated to students with discontinuous school trajectories that they couldn’t go into adult modalities because they weren’t 18 years old yet. Our research focused on characterizing the process of materializing the PIT in a secondary school in Cordoba city, based on the analysis of the official discourse program and the meanings and relationship assigned to it by both: technical teams and actors who have participated in its implementation. It's important to remark that this analysis was achieved in the return of neoliberal governments in Argentina and Latin America. Durante los gobiernos kirchneristas (2003-2015), se llevaron a cabo varias modificaciones en el sistema educativo. En esta dirección, la promulgación de la Ley de Educación Nacional N° 26206/06, promueve la extensión de la obligatoriedad del nivel secundario por completo. Esto implicó que las jurisdicciones provinciales llevaran a cabo estrategias para atender a esta ampliación de derechos. En el caso de la provincia de Córdoba, se creó el Programa de Inclusión y Terminalidad de Educación Secundaria y Formación Laboral para Jóvenes de 14 a 17 años (PIT 14-17), destinados a estudiantes con trayectorias escolares discontinuas y que no podían ingresar a las modalidades de adultos porque aún no cumplían 18 años. Nuestra investigación se centró en caracterizar el proceso de materialización del PIT en una escuela secundaria de Córdoba Capital, a partir del análisis del discurso oficial del programa y de los sentidos que le asignan tanto los equipos técnicos, como los actores que han participado en su puesta en marcha, considerando la relación entre ellos. Es importante resaltar que este análisis se realizó en el contexto del retorno de gobiernos neoliberales en Argentina y América Latina. Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades.
