Only the clear enunciation of these problems will make possible to formulate viable solutions. For a further delimitation of the topic will be addressed in particular the damages to honor and private life by unlawful information expressed by the media, and the need to strengthen such damage with a proposal to prevent and punish the speculative and lucrative conduct in this area. En el presente artículo se aborda el análisis de la problemática que resulta de la valuación y cuantificación del daño moral en el régimen de responsabilidad civil argentino y las dificultades de la concreción del principio de la reparación plena e integral. Sólo a partir de la enunciación clara de estos problemas es posible formular soluciones viables. Para una mayor delimitación de la temática se abordarán en especial los daños al honor y a la vida privada por informaciones vertidas antijurídicamente por los medios de prensa y la necesidad de reforzar la reparación de tales daños con una propuesta que permita prevenir y punir la conducta especulativa y lucrativa en éste ámbito.
