Sumario:Six years after the Civil and Commercial  Code came into force, it seems important to generate work on its rules on “Legal Persons”, linking them with the General Law of Companies, the personified organizational relationships facing business activities, and with the Bankruptcy Law that addresses the crises of these persons. It is a way of looking at the birth, life and death of those entities that have personality according to the normative order.
