It is a way of looking at the birth, life and death of those entities that have personality according to the normative order. A seis años de vigencia del Código Civil y Comercial parece importante generar un trabajo sobre sus normas en materia de “Personas Jurídicas”, vinculándolas con la Ley General de Sociedades, las relaciones de organización personificadas encarando actividades empresariales, y con la Ley de Concursos y Quiebras que atiende a las crisis de esas personas. Es una forma de mirar el nacimiento, la vida y la defunción de esos entes que tienen personalidad conforme el orden normativo.
