Such situation will be analyzed in light of the principles determined by public ethics and the fundamental right of access to information, as they have been delineated by the Argentine constitutional and conventional system. el objeto del presente trabajo es describir el tratamiento normativo y su configuración en la práctica de la obligación que pesa sobre los funcionarios públicos provinciales de efectuar declaración patrimonial, conforme lo instituye el artículo 14 de la constitución provincial. Tal estado de situación será analizado a la luz de los principios que establece la ética pública y el derecho fundamental de acceso a la información, conforme han quedado delineados por el sistema constitucional y convencional argentino.
