We present the device from its creation and the actions and challenges of its beginnings, passing through the first constructions of data. We then analyze the reconfigurations that took place during the pandemic, with the challenges and trials carried out by the team. And, finally, we offer some reflections on post-pandemic work and the current situation. En el presente artículo presentamos la experiencia de trabajo de la Mesa de género y Poblaciones Prioritarias de la Facultad de Artes de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, en el abordaje de desigualdades/violencias por motivos de género en la universidad y los marcos teóricos, metodológicos, y éticos desde los cuales intervenimos. Presentamos el dispositivo desde su creación y las acciones y desafíos de sus inicios, pasando por las primeras construcciones de datos. Luego analizamos las reconfiguraciones atravesadas durante la pandemia, con los desafíos y ensayos llevados adelante por el equipo. Y, finalmente, planteamos algunas reflexiones del trabajo pospandémico y la actualidad. Neste artigo, apresentamos a experiência de trabalho do Comitê de Gênero e Populações Prioritárias da Faculdade de Letras na abordagem das desigualdades/violência de gênero na Universidade e os marcos teóricos, metodológicos e éticos a partir dos quais intervimos. Apresentamos o dispositivo desde sua criação e as ações e desafios de seu início, passando pelas primeiras construções de dados. Em seguida, analisamos as reconfigurações que ocorreram durante a pandemia, com os desafios e testes realizados pela equipe. E, por fim, apresentamos algumas reflexões sobre o trabalho pós-pandemia e a situação atual.
