Convinced of the high scientific interest, of the importance of the results of the first known trial of a new therapeutic resource produced by Argentine science and destined, perhaps, to a great future, we decided to insert the work of Dr. Castellano in the present issue, even though this is not the section that should correspond to it. Estando impresa ya la mayor parte de este numero, recibimos, el 4 de septiembre, el articulo del doctor Temistocles Castellano. Convencidos del alto interes científico, de la importancia de los resultados del primer ensayo que se conoce de un nuevo recurso terapeutico producido por la ciencia argentina y destinado, talvez, a un gran porvenir, nos decidimos a insertar el trabajo del doctor Castellano en la presente entrega, aun cuando no sea esta la sección que debiera corresponderle.
