This is a look at the application of devices aimed at sanctioning and punishing activists, oppositionists and left-wing political militants, as well as at intimidating and disciplining all public employees. In this sense, we consider that bureaucratic-administrative norms and procedures were articulated with the growing ideological persecution, illegal repression and state terrorism that characterized the period. Este artículo presenta un avance de investigación sobre las formas de disciplinamiento y de represión “legal” aplicadas sobre los trabajadores de la administración pública de la provincia de Córdoba en el período que transcurre entre el golpe policial conocido como el “Navarrazo”, que destituyó al gobernador y vice gobernador de Córdoba el 28 de febrero de 1974, seguido de la intervención federal de la provincia, y el régimen de facto impuesto por el autodenominado Proceso de Reorganización Nacional tras el golpe de Estado del 24 de marzo de 1976. Se trata de una mirada sobre la aplicación de dispositivos destinados tanto a sancionar y castigar a activistas, opositores contestatarios y militantes políticos de izquierda como a amedrentar y disciplinar al conjunto de los empleados públicos. En este sentido, consideramos que normas y procedimientos burocrático-administrativos se articularon con la creciente persecución ideológica, la represión ilegal y el terrorismo de Estado que caracterizaron el período.
