description With the entrance of the indigenous people in the schools and their presence in other places of communication, their tales, their prayers, their chants and other narrative forms of their oral tradition began to be written by themselves. In relation to indigenous literary writing itself, their today’s stories are narratives of a cultural, historical and testimonial nature, with the struggles and social obstacles of the past and present, marked by the presence of collective memory. In view of the need to introduce the indigenous theme in Brazil and all the problems it involves, in this text we will bring to discussion aspects related to indigenous culture, history, education and literature in its relationship with the same aspects in its non-indigenous side. To achieve this first objective, we use the bibliographic method, using texts about education, writing and indigenous literature (Graúna and Guesse), anthropology (Baniwa and Ribeiro) and reading reception (Adichie and Iser), concluding on the need of stories to be told/narrated, heard and read from other perspectives than that postulated by non-indigenous. In addition, this text will analyze how the indigenous narrators use memory to represent their ancestral experiences, having as analysis corpora O Karaíba, uma história do pré-Brasil by Daniel Munduruku, in view of its pedagogical function especially with the non-indigenous public, claiming the need to tell another story of the "discovery" of Brazil, this time through the eyes of the subjects, the indigenous, who were already on the land where the Portuguese arrived, and the story A mulher que virou tatu/ Yuxabu yaixni organized by Eliane Camargo, first passing through the "sequestration" of indigenous narratives of the Brazilian literary system and also part of Brazilian history. To support our reading, we will use, especially, the postulates of Campos, Candido, Jecupé, Krenak and Potiguara.

Con el ingreso de los indígenas a las escuelas y su presencia en otros lugares de comunicación, sus historias, sus oraciones, sus cantos y otras formas narrativas de su tradición oral comenzaron a ser escritas por ellos mismos. En relación con la propia escritura literaria indígena, sus relatos hoy son narrativas de carácter cultural, histórico y testimonial, con las luchas y obstáculos sociales del pasado y el presente, marcados por la presencia de la memoria colectiva. Teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de introducir temas indígenas en Brasil y todos los problemas que implica, en este texto traeremos a la discusión aspectos relacionados con la cultura, la historia, la educación y la literatura indígena en su relación con los mismos aspectos de la cultura no indígena. Para lograr este primer objetivo, utilizamos el método bibliográfico, con textos sobre educación, escritura y literatura indígena (Graúna y Guesse), antropología (Baniwa y Ribeiro) y recepción de la lectura (Adichie e Iser), concluyendo en la necesidad de que se cuenten historias narradas, escuchadas y leídas desde perspectivas distintas a la postulada por personas no indígenas. Además, este texto analizará cómo los narradores indígenas utilizan la memoria para representar sus experiencias ancestrales, utilizando como corpus de análisis O Karaíba, uma história do pré-Brasil, de Daniel Munduruku, teniendo en cuenta su función pedagógica en conjunto, especialmente, con la no indígena, al reclamar la necesidad de contar otra historia del “descubrimiento” de Brasil, esta vez, a través de los ojos de los sujetos, los indígenas, que ya estaban en la tierra donde llegaron los portugueses, y la historia La mujer que se convirtió en armadillo/ Yuxabu yaixni, organizado por Eliane Camargo, involucrando el “secuestro” de narrativas indígenas del sistema literario brasileño y también de parte de la historia brasileña. Para sustentar nuestra lectura utilizaremos, especialmente, los postulados de Campos, Cándido, Jecupé, Krenak y Potiguara. Com o ingresso dos/as indígenas nas escolas e sua presença em outros lugares de comunicação, seus contos, suas rezas, seus cantos e outras formas narrativas de sua tradição oral passaram a ser escritas por eles/as próprios/as. Em relação à escrita literária indígena propriamente dita, suas histórias de hoje são narrativas de cunho cultural, histórico e testemunhal, com as lutas e os entraves sociais do passado e do presente, marcados pela presença da memória coletiva. Tendo em vista a necessidade de introdução à temática indígena no Brasil e a todos os problemas que ela envolve, neste texto traremos para a discussão aspectos referentes à cultura, à história, à educação e à literatura indígena em sua relação com os mesmos aspectos na sua face não indígena. Para a consecução desse primeiro objetivo, utilizamos o método bibliográfico, recorrendo a textos sobre educação, escrita e literatura indígena (Graúna e Guesse), antropologia (Baniwa e Ribeiro) e recepção de leitura (Adichie e Iser), concluindo sobre a necessidade de que as histórias sejam contadas/narradas, ouvidas e lidas sob perspectivas outras para além daquela postulada pelos não indígenas. Além disso, este texto analisará como os narradores/as indígenas se valem da memória para representar suas experiências ancestrais, tendo como corpora de análise O Karaíba, uma história do pré-Brasil, de Daniel Munduruku, tendo em vista sua função pedagógica junto, especialmente, ao público não indígena, ao reivindicar a necessidade de contar uma outra história do “descobrimento” do Brasil, desta feita, pelo olhar dos sujeitos, os/as indígenas, que já estavam na terra onde os portugueses chegaram, e a história A mulher que virou tatu/ Yuxabu yaixni, organizada por Eliane Camargo, passando antes pelo “sequestro” das narrativas indígenas do sistema literário brasileiro e também de parte da história brasileira.
