This work addresses the novels Manubiduyepe by Juan Pablo Piñeiro (2020), Sayonara Honey by Darwin Pinto (2022) and La mirada de las plantas by Edmundo Paz Soldán (2022), to analyze their ways of representing the Bolivian Amazon. We put the emphasis on the work of juxtaposition of images with which they create the portrait of this area. From the description of these modes and their narrative procedures, we remarks the explication of how this image of the country allows giving this geopolitically relevant area in the current literature.
In dialogue with the work of Ana Pizarro (2009), the hypothesis is that from this fictional area a critique of recent politics is being worked on, a counter-image of the Andean country and a series of scriptural bets that question the possibilities and challenges of fictional writing itself as a possibility (or not) of collective representation. In many ways, this production stages the value of a geopolitics conscious of its agendas and sites of enunciation as much as a display of scriptural potential. We understand that the creative and nominative is carrying an enormous responsibility for being a political exercise that inscribes or eliminates, or qualifies, or erases, or creates regional archetypes in the imaginaries. As well as for taking charge of the silences on maps designed by readings and positions never innocent or harmless. |

En este trabajo se abordan las novelas Manubiduyepe de Juan Pablo Piñeiro (2020), Sayonara Honey de Darwin Pinto (2022) y La mirada de las plantas de Edmundo Paz Soldán (2022), para analizar sus modos de representar la Amazonía boliviana. Se hace hincapié en el trabajo de yuxtaposición de imágenes con que se crea la zona. A partir de la descripción de esos modos y de sus procedimientos narrativos, se explicita qué imagen del país permite dar esa zona geopolíticamente relevante en la literatura actual. En diálogo con el trabajo de Ana Pizarro (2009) la hipótesis es que desde esta zona novelada se está trabajando una crítica a la política reciente, una contra-imagen del país andino y una serie de apuestas escriturales que cuestionan las posibilidades y desafíos de la misma escritura novelesca como posibilidad (o no) de representación colectiva. De varios modos, esta producción pone en escena el valor de una geopolítica consciente de sus agendas y sitios de enunciación tanto como un despliegue del potencial escritural. Se entiende el acto creador y nominativo situado como portador de una enorme responsabilidad por ser un ejercicio político que inscribe o elimina, o matiza, o borra, o crea arquetipos regionales en los imaginarios. Así como por hacerse cargo de los silenciamientos en los mapas que se diseñan desde lecturas y posicionamientos nunca inocentes ni inofensivos. Este artigo aborda os romances Manubiduyepe de Juan Pablo Piñeiro (2020), Sayonara Honey de Darwin Pinto (2022) e La mirada de las plantas de Edmundo Paz Soldán (2022), a fim de analisar suas formas de representação da Amazônia boliviana. Ênfase é colocada no trabalho de justaposição de imagens com o qual a área é criada. A partir da descrição desses modos e de seus procedimentos narrativos, explicita-se qual imagem do país permite que essa área geopoliticamente relevante seja dada na literatura atual. Em diálogo com a obra de Ana Pizarro (2009), a hipótese é que a partir dessa área ficcionalizada está sendo trabalhada uma crítica à política recente, uma contraimagem do país andino e uma série de apostas bíblicas que questionam as possibilidades e desafios da própria escrita do romance como possibilidade (ou não) de representação coletiva. De várias maneiras, essa produção encena o valor de uma geopolítica consciente de suas agendas e locais de enunciação, bem como um desdobramento do potencial bíblico. O ato criativo e nominativo é entendido como portador de uma enorme responsabilidade por ser um exercício político que inscreve ou elimina, ou qualifica, ou apaga, ou cria arquétipos regionais no imaginário. Bem como para se encarregar do silenciamento nos mapas que são projetados a partir de leituras e posições que nunca são inocentes ou inofensivas.
