We also study the figuration of the narrator constructed in this novel by the author, Marcelo, a hunchbacked and solitary narrator who writes a very particular diary, and who seems to project himself at times by means of other “faces, masks, characters.” (Pozuelo Yvancos, 2010, 148) En nuestro trabajo analizaremos el llamado “síndrome de Bartleby” (Vila-Matas, 2016, 13), una apreciación crítica de la literatura en el fin de siglo muy presente en las reflexiones del yo narrador de Bartleby y compañía (2000).
