Environmental criticism allows, however, re-readings of works that have been produced prior to the ecocritical turn. These productions advocate for a reappraisal of nature and a bond between humans and the environment. The proposal thus consists of a comparative analysis of three Latin American poets Gabriela Mistral, Alfonsina Storni and Juana de Ibarbourou from an ecological perspective.
