La autora en base a una clasificación de los traumatismos sobre los elementos dentarios y sus consecuencias, presenta una casuística de 21 casos. Llegando a una serie de conclusiones, entre las que se destacan: 1) Necesidad de la atención inmediata. 2) Necesidad del examen radiográfico como complemento del dínico. 3) Ausencia de síntomas, en muchos casos de mortificación. 4) Posibilidad de frustración del permanente si'el trauma incide sobre el germen a través del temporari. 5) Necesidad del tratamiento radicularen casos de ausencia devitalidád.
