They were the following:1) Basal rnernbrane Fuchsin Aldehyde positive ( future arnelo-dentinal junc-tion).2) Increase of cellu1ar layers-in intermediate stratum with metachromasia and alciar:ophilia in stellate reticulum.3) Metachromasia and alcianophilia in papilla with differentiation of basophile odontoblasts on its periphery.4) Alcianophile dentine deposit and PAS + with basophile ameloblasts polarity change and posterior secretion of adamantine matrix sligtly PAS +. Technical oxidai:ion variation with periodic acid during 10', Shiff reactive mbstance 15' and the posterior and inmmediate application of methenamine silver 1 hoUTat 609C allows to identify clearly ~reactive subst::mces to per;odic acid likeglucogene and basal memhrane reactive components Se describen las secuencias cronológicas de las características rnorfo-histoquírnicas de la organogénesis dentaria, previo a la etapa aposicional, que f-ueron las siguientes:1) positividad Aldehído Fucsina de la membrana basal (futura conexión arnelo-dentinaria) ;2) aumento del número de capas celulares . en el estrato L'ltermedio, con rnetacrornasia y alcianofilia en el retículo estrellado;3) rnetacrornasia y alcianofilia en la papila, con diferenciacÍó11- de odontoblastos basófilos en su periferia;4) depósito dentinario alcianofilo y P AS +, con cambio de polaridad de los arneloblastos basófilos y posterior secreción de matriz adamantina ligeramente P AS +.La variante técnica de oxidación con ácido peryodico durante 10', reactivo de Schniff 15' y la posterior e inmediata aplicación de rnetenarnina plata '1 hora a 609C, pe1mite identificar con nitidez sustancias peryodatos reactivas .corno el glucógeno y los componentes reactivos de la membrana basal.
