Men and women with different responsibilities had to learn and actunknown behaviors in strange territories, establish communication forms with previously unknown codes, develop a new knowledge and know-how. There serch of these experiences, based on testimonies, contributes to problematize scenarios, actors and the conditions of a subject which is not spoken. Durante las dictaduras de los ‘70, en Argentina y Uruguay, la militancia clandestina de integrantes del Partido Comunista de Uruguay en Buenos Aires resultó un desafío para para la actividad política y la estructura orgánica. También para la vida cotidiana, familiar y laboral. Hombres y mujeres con diferentes responsabilidades se vieron en situación de aprender y actuar comportamientos desconocidos en territorios extraños, establecer formas de comunicación con códigos hasta entonces ajenos, desarrollando un novedoso saber y saber hacer. La indagación sobre estas experiencias, a partir de testimonios, es un aporte para problematizar tanto escenarios como actores y las condiciones de un tema sobre el que poco se dice.
