While the archive works heterotopically contrary to the syntax of the ordered spaces of everyday life, it is at the same time a wonderful heterochrony that brings together a multiplicity of times and seems to be out of time. For Foucault, it constitutes a discursive space insofar as it is a historical a priori, a system that makes possible the emergence of a discursive field. It can be thought of as a social discursive device in the Veronian sense that, located beyond the plane of the language, documents a "spatio-temporal configuration of meaning" in any material support (things, images, words) that is the starting point of a multiple knowledge production. Transdiscursive territory that Foucault imagined and today challenges with new questions in the intangible territory of virtual archives. Planteamos una breve reflexión que explora ciertas dimensiones para una noción actualizada de archivo a partir del concepto foucaultiano de heterotopía [1969]. Si bien el archivo funciona heterotópicamente contrariando la sintaxis de los espacios ordenados de la vida cotidiana, es al mismo tiempo una maravillosa heterocronía que reúne multiplicidad de tiempos y parece estar fuera del tiempo. Para Foucault constituye un espacio discursivo en la medida en que es un a priori histórico, un sistema que hace posible la emergencia de un campo discursivo. Puede pensarse como dispositivo socio discursivo en sentido veroniano que, situado más allá del plano de la lengua, documenta una “configuración espaciotemporal de sentido” en cualquier soporte material (cosas, imágenes, palabras) que es punto de partida de una múltiple producción de conocimiento. Territorio transdiscursivo que imaginaba Foucault y que hoy desafía con nuevas preguntas en el territorio intangible de los archivos virtuales. Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades.
