Based on the identification of barriers to this age group's access to health services and the high rates of Maternal and Child Transmission (TMI) of HIV and Syphilis, the Ministry of Health of the Province of Córdoba implemented in June 2018, the Provincial Program for the Care of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Comprehensive Care of Adolescents in 28 prioritized effectors: 8 Hospitals and 8 Primary Health Care Centers (CAPS) of Córdoba Capital and in 12 Hospitals of the Interior. The aim of this study was to evaluate, after 6 months of implementation, the number of differentiated offices / schedules for the comprehensive care of adolescents considering that 2 of the effectors already had this benefit, offering rapid tests (TR) for screening for HIV, syphilis and Hepatitis B to the user population of these offices and installation of school counseling in educational institutions as first listening devices and links with health services. An epidemiological, observational, descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted in the 2nd half of 2018. Number of effectors with differentiated practices / schedules for adolescent care, implementation of TR and School Counseling were analyzed. The data were obtained from an instrument (spreadsheet) created for this purpose by the coordination of the program, observations and field notes made in the field and interviews with referents of the effectors. Results: 22 effectors (78.5%) have differentiated offices / schedules for the comprehensive care of adolescents, 12 effectors implementing school counseling (43%) and 15 new effectors (53%) implementing the RT strategy for the diagnostic expansion of ITS A difference was observed between the Capital and Internal effectors in terms of implementation: 100% of the Capital effectors perform TR vs 33% in the interior; 62% of School Advisors installed in Capital vs 25% in the interior. Although the advances have been important, it is necessary to strengthen the accompaniment in the provincial interior, mainly.

La adolescencia es una etapa del ciclo vital que se caracteriza, entre otros aspectos, por la escasa concurrencia al sistema sanitario. A partir de la identificación de barreras para el acceso de este grupo etario a los servicios de salud y las elevadas Tasas de Transmisión Materno Infantil (TMI) de VIH y Sífilis, el Ministerio de Salud de la Provincia de Córdoba implementó en junio de 2018, el Programa Provincial para el Cuidado de la Salud Sexual y Reproductiva y Atención Integral de Adolescentes en 28 efectores priorizados: 8 Hospitales y 8 Centros de Atención Primaria de la Salud (CAPS) de Córdoba Capital y en 12 Hospitales del Interior. El objetivo de este trabajo fue evaluar, luego de 6 meses de implementación, cantidad de consultorios/horarios diferenciados para la atención integral de adolescentes considerando que 2 de los efectores ya contaban con esta prestación, ofrecimiento de test rápidos (TR) para el tamizaje de VIH, Sífilis y Hepatitis B a la población usuaria de dichos consultorios e  instalación de asesorías escolares en instituciones educativas como dispositivos de primera escucha y vinculación con los servicios de salud. Se realizó un estudio epidemiológico, observacional, descriptivo, de corte transversal, realizado en el 2do semestre de 2018.  Se analizaron cantidad de efectores con consultorios/horarios diferenciados para la atención de adolescentes, implementación de TR y Asesorías Escolares. Los datos fueron obtenidos a partir de un instrumento (planilla) creado para tal fin por parte de la coordinación del programa, observaciones y notas de campo realizadas en terreno y entrevistas realizadas a referentes de los efectores. Se identificaron 22 efectores (78,5%) que disponen de consultorios/horarios diferenciados para la atención integral de adolescentes, 12 efectores implementando asesorías escolares (43%) y 15 nuevos efectores (53%) implementando la estrategia de TR para la ampliación diagnóstica de ITS. Se observó una diferencia entre los efectores de Capital e Interior en cuanto a la implementación: 100% de los efectores de Capital realizan TR vs 33 % en el interior; 62 % de Asesorías Escolares instaladas en Capital vs 25% en el interior.  Si bien los avances han sido importantes, es necesario fortalecer el acompañamiento en el interior provincial. principalmente.  Universidad Nacional Córdoba.
