Sumario:The curricularization of outreach programs in Brazil takes place based on normative frameworks dating back to the National Education Plan of 2001. The current Plan (2024-2024) reinforces the indication that 10% of the total curricular credits of undergraduate courses must be related to students' participation in outreach programs and projects. This article analyzes the pre-established legal system and the application of the most recent regulatory framework on the subject: Resolution 07/2018 of the National Council of Education. In our analysis, we emphasize the legal content of the Resolution, considering its potential to become a “law”, that is to say, a national university outreach curriculum policy.
