To this end, workshops are implemented in the different academic units, bringing together possible strategies to improve the working conditions of university professors. Together with the production of knowledge focused on the territorial context of the experiences, and with an axis in communication, actions are developed in collaboration with the Occupational Health Program of the Association of University Teachers and Researchers of Córdoba (ADIUC). This work describes the experience which focuses on the problem of occupational vocal health through the ADIUC Occupational Health Program, which targets university professors, who work using their voice on campus and in the high schools that depend on the University of Córdoba. The contexts are varied and challenging regarding a colloquial voice, which in many cases shows vocal symptoms. “Working with the voice” links the School of Speech Therapy, Faculty of Medical Sciences, UNC, and ADIUC through outreach actions. This proposal is based on a device that has as a precedent the Specific Agreement between ADIUC and the School of Speech Therapy, Faculty of Medical Sciences (Resolution 4745/2019). La Fonoaudiología como disciplina permite brindar espacios en el ámbito de la extensión universitaria, que sensibilicen, recuperen y desarrollen la expectativa de una voz laboral con mayores posibilidades, frente al uso de la voz coloquial. Para ello se implementan talleres en las distintas unidades académicas acercando estrategias posibles para mejorar las condiciones laborales de las y  los docentes universitarios. Conjuntamente con la producción de conocimiento centrado en el contexto territorial de las experiencias; y con eje en la comunicación; se desarrollan acciones junto al Programa de Salud Laboral de la Asociación de Docentes e Investigadores Universitarios de Córdoba, (ADIUC). El presente trabajo comparte la experiencia sobre la problemática de la Salud vocal ocupacional  a través del Programa de Salud Laboral de ADIUC que está dirigido a docentes universitarios que se desempeñan haciendo uso de su voz en el ámbito del Campus y sede de los Colegios Universitarios de Córdoba en contextos muy variados y desafiantes para una voz coloquial, que en muchos casos manifiestan síntomas y quejas vocales.  “Trabajar con la voz” vincula mediante acciones extensionistas a la Escuela de Fonoaudiología, Facultad de Ciencias Médicas, UNC, y a ADIUC. Esta propuesta  se basa en un dispositivo que tiene como antecedente al Convenio Específico entre ADIUC y la Escuela de Fonoaudiología, Facultad de Ciencias Médicas. Resolución Decanal 4745/2019.
