The main objective was to gather information about the needs, requirements and demands of the service users, by means of the creation of  settings of encounter  and co-construction of knowledge. Methodologically speaking, we use the workshops (face-to-face and virtual) for group meetings between different actors, whether university or non—university actors. As to the results, we can mention the enrichment of the team in multiple types of learning about the possibilities inherent to university outreach, the identification of the current needs in childhood and the main concerns of families experiencing the crisis of postmodern culture that makes many parents have a hard time at telling what is best for their children, and the identification of the absence of a transfer chain between the generations that preceded them in the performance of their roles as parents, particularly in everything that involves the articulation between the caring and control function. Este trabajo relata y analiza las experiencias dialógicas llevadas a cabo por el equipo del Programa de extensión Nuevas subjetividades infantojuveniles en contextos tecnoculturales a través del Servicio de Orientación en Crianzas Saludables (SOCS) en dos tiempos: durante el año 2019 y durante la cuarentena, con el objetivo central de recabar información acerca de las necesidades, requerimientos y demandas, de los usuarios del servicio, habilitando un espacio de encuentro y co-construcción de conocimientos. Metodológicamente utilizamos los talleres (presenciales y virtuales) para los encuentros grupales entre diferentes actores, ya sean universitarios o extrauniversitarios. Entre los resultados encontramos el enriquecimiento del equipo en múltiples aprendizajes sobre las posibilidades inherentes a la extensión universitaria, la identificación de las necesidades actuales en materia de infancias y las principales preocupaciones de las familias atravesadas por la crisis de la cultura postmoderna que a muchos padres y madres les dificulta discernir sobre lo que es mejor para sus hijos e hijas, observando la ausencia de una cadena de traspaso entre las generaciones que los precedieron en el ejercicio de las funciones parentales, particularmente, en todo lo que involucra la articulación entre la función de cuidar y regular.
