The objective was to evaluate the adherence degree to the chemotherapeutic treatment of the Onco-Hematological patient and their relationship with the quality of life. Method: Cross-sectional correlative study. The total population n= 64 patients. Results: In the Adherence Scale to Morisky's Medication, the results of the population give a 12.3 promissory note for which they have a high adhesion. WHOQOLBREF's questionnaire is 37% normal, but with a perception of health 40% is regular and 3% bad. The size with the joint is lower than the psychological with 40% Medium and 10% bad. Given the value of the non-monthly it was not possible to establish meaningful relationships. Conclusion: high adherence to treatment., the quality of life is normal, but the perception of their health.is regular The domain of smaller punctuation was the physical. |

La calidad de vida se define como el disfrute general de la vida, muchos estudios clínicos evalúan los efectos del cáncer y su tratamiento en la calidad de vida. El objetivo fue evaluar el grado de adherencia al tratamiento quimioterápico del paciente Onco- hematológico y su relación conla calidad de vida. Método: Estudio de tipo correlacional de corte transversal. La población total fue de n= 64 pacientes. Resultados: La población en estudio estuvo conformada por un total de n= 64 pacientes, las mujeres 56%, la edad se concentró en el rango de más de 61 años con 36% y casados 64%, el 95% viven en zona urbana y poseen prepaga. En la Escala de Adherencia a la Medicación de Morisky, los resultados de la población dieron un promedio de 6.98 por lo cual tienen una baja adhesión. El cuestionario del WHOQOL-BREF expresa con el porcentaje más alto un 34% como que es bastante buena su calidad de vida, sin embargo, en cuanto a su percepción de salud se manifiesta como porcentaje más alto “lo normal” con un 31%, y a continuación con niveles cercanos de porcentaje, “regular” el 28% y 26% “bastante buena”. La dimensión con puntaje más bajo es la psicológica con 60% Medio y 40% alto. Dado el valor de la n muestral no fue posible establecer relaciones de significación. Conclusión: baja adherencia al tratamiento, la calidad de vida es normal, pero la percepción sobre su salud esregular. De todos los dominios el de menor puntuación fue el físico. A adesão terapêutica pode ser conceituada como a estratégia que permite ao paciente dar continuidade ao tratamento e, dessa forma, alcançar mudanças significativas em seu comportamento que melhorem sua vida. Qualidade de vida é definida como o gozo geral da vida, muitos estudos clínicos avaliam os efeitos do câncer e seu tratamento na qualidade de vida. O objetivo foi avaliar o grau de adesão ao tratamento quimioterápico do paciente Oncohematológico e sua relação com a qualidade de vida. Método: Estudo correlacional transversal. A população total era de n = 64 pacientes. Resultados: A população do estudo foi constituída por um total de n = 64 pacientes, mulheres 56%, a idade concentrou-se na faixa de mais de 61 anos com 36% e casados 64%, 95% moram em zona urbana e possuem pré-pago. Na Escala de Adesão aos Medicamentos de Morisky, os resultados da população deram uma média de 6,98, por isso apresentam baixa adesão. O questionário WHOQOL-BREF expressa com o maior percentual de 34% que sua qualidade de vida é bastante boa, porém, quanto à sua percepção de saúde, ela se manifesta em maior percentual “normal” com 31%, e a seguir com percentuais próximos, “Regular” 28% e 26% “muito bom”. A dimensão com menor pontuação é a psicológica com 60% Médio e 40% alto. Dado o valor da amostra n, não foi possível estabelecer relações significativas.
