An update of the MNI (Minimum Number of Individuals) and sex-age structure of osteological collection are presented. Likewise, the peculiar characteristics in different burials are detailed. The available evidence indicates that 35 individuals of different age and both sexes were buried. The selection of different places for the burials and a complex bodies manipulation are emphasized. The anthropic activity caused great perturbation in the “burial core”,  related  to  the removal of primaryburials in order to assemble secondary packages, some of which were buried in the same place. The bone accumulations and the scattered bones were produced by the same activity. En este trabajo se analizan las prácticas mortuorias del sitio Los Tres Cerros 1 (Delta Superior del Paraná) y se evalúan explicaciones sobre el origen de la acumulación ósea y los huesos aislados. Se presenta una actualización del cálculo del NMI (número mínimo de individuos) de la colección osteológica y su estructura sexo-etaria. Asimismo, se detallan las características particulares de los distintos tipos de entierros registrados. La evidencia disponible indica que en el sitio fueron inhumados al menos 35 individuos, de distintas edades y de ambos sexos. Se destaca la selección de diferentes espacios para el entierro de los cuerpos y una compleja manipulación de los entierros. Se propone que la actividad antrópica provocó una gran perturbación en el núcleo de inhumación, debido a la remoción de entierros primarios con el fin de armar paquetes funerarios, algunos de los cuales fueron enterrados en el mismo lugar. Como producto de esta actividad se habría originado parte de la acumulación ósea y la dispersión de huesos aislados. Centro de Estudios Históricos.
