Technological resources are part of human life, no longer as mere luxury but a necessity for communication. In this scenario, teachers of the physics curriculum component can use the computer and the smartphone in order to promote the positive use of ICT as an educational tool. In this sense, the present article shares a didactic expe-rience involving the use of ICTs and an Investigative Teaching Sequence (ITS) for a 2nd year high school class of a Brazilian public school. Particularly, the themes of Hooke's Law and Simple Harmonic Movement (SHM) are approached using in the teaching methodology: ThePhET (Physics Educational Technology), simulator, GIF (Graphics Interchange Form) and the accelerometer sensor of a smartphone in jointly with the Phyphoxapp (Physical Phone Experiments), aiming the study of oscillations in a spring-mass system. As Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TICs) estão presentes em todos os ambientes, inclusive o esco-lar. Recursos tecnológicos fazem parte da vida do ser humano, não mais como mero luxo e sim como uma necessidade para a comunicação. Neste cenário, os docentes da componente curricular de física podem usar o computador e o smartphone em sala de aula de forma a buscar fomentar a utilização das TICs como ferramenta educacional. Neste sentido, o presente artigo compartilha uma experiência didática envolvendo o uso das TICs e uma Sequência de Ensino Investigativa (SEI) para uma turma de 2° ano do ensino médiode uma escola pública Brasileira. Em particular abordouse as temáticas da Lei de Hooke e de Movimento Harmônico Simples (MHS), utilizando na metodologia de ensino: o simulador PhET (Physics Educational Technology), GIFs (Graphics Interchange Format) e o sensor acelerômetro de um smartphone em conjunto com aplicativo Phyphox para estudar as oscilações de um objeto acoplado a uma mola.
