The concepts of social intervention and collective strategies of popular sectors are taken to account for its implementation, in the city of Paraná, by the Movimiento Barrios de Pie and the Corriente Clasista y Combativa. The objective is to analyze the collective strategies that popular sectors develop as their demands about the work of the popular economy, challenging the State in its responses in terms of social policy, as well as politicizing the social issues within the same movement. A qualitative and exploratory descriptive methodology isused, with data collection techniques that include participant observation and in-depth interviews. The collective organization that implies the support of the complementary social salary is highlighted, hence the idea that the work of the popular economy issu stained with more work that articulates territoriality and politicization, and in thes a memovement dismantles borders between the social and the political dichotomies that were once accepted as explanations in this field of study.   [1] Research and developmen project. Este artículo analiza las estrategias colectivas de las organizaciones sociales en relación a la Ley de Emergencia Social Nº 27345 en la ciudad de Paraná (PID 5133[1]).Tomando los conceptos de intervención social y de estrategias colectivas de los sectores populares para dar cuenta de la implementación que realizan el Movimiento Barrios de Pie y la Corriente Clasista y Combativa.  El objetivo es analizar las estrategias colectivas que los sectores populares inscriben como demandas acerca del trabajo de la economía popular, interpelando al Estado en sus respuestas en términos de política social y politizando lo social en el mismo movimiento. Se utiliza una metodología cualitativa y exploratoria descriptiva, con técnicas de recolección de datos que incluyen observaciones participantes y entrevistas en profundidad. La organización colectiva implica el sostenimiento del salario social complementario, puesto que el trabajo de la economía popular se sostiene con más trabajo articulando la territorialidad y la politicidad; en ese movimiento desarma fronteras entre lo social y lo político.   [1] Cuatro Proyectos de Investigación Científica, Desarrollo e Innovación Tecnológica acreditados por la UNER a través de la aprobación de su Consejo Superior, que cumplen los requisitos formales establecidos en la normativa legal en vigencia (Ordenanzas 403 y 405).
