description The Covid-19 pandemic imposed a new way of organizing daily life around the world and in our country, whose modifications had a unique impact on higher education that was fundamentally oriented by the use of new technologies. In this way, the teaching - learning process was traversed by virtuality during the 2020 school year, which questioned our teaching practices in their epistemological, pedagogical, methodological and experiential aspects, as well as put in tension the institutional functioning mode that It was historically organized through the presence of students in the classrooms. In this work we propose to share some reflections, strategies and challenges of teaching practice in the context of Social, Preventive and Compulsory Isolation in the subject "Foundations and Historical Constitution of Social Work-B", practical theoretical subject of the first year of the Degree in Social Work from the Facultad de Ciencias Sociales —UNC—. Our reflections not only include a conjunctural view of context, crossed by the pandemic, but also recognize the conditions in which teaching is exercised and students are trained, in a transition scenario between a neoliberal period at all costs, with adjustment and delegitimization from the Public University, Science and Technology to a moment where the role of the State and public policy is revalued to attend to the common affairs of society, reinforcing areas such as education and health. It is not a “photo” of this moment, but rather a “movie” that covers teaching activity far and wide, recognizing the centrality of the care category to analyze our “teaching profession” and to think about strengthening strategies of the academic trajectories of the students.

La pandemia del Covid-19 impuso un nuevo modo de organizar la vida cotidiana en todo el mundo y en nuestro país, cuyas modificaciones tuvieron un impacto singular en la educación superior que se orientó fundamentalmente por el uso de las nuevas tecnologías. De esta manera, el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje estuvo atravesado por la virtualidad durante el ciclo lectivo 2020, lo que interpeló nuestras prácticas docentes en sus aspectos epistemológicos, pedagógicos, metodológicos y experienciales, al mismo tiempo que  puso en tensión el modo de funcionamiento institucional que se organizó históricamente mediante la presencialidad de les estudiantes en las aulas.  En este trabajo nos proponemos compartir algunas reflexiones, estrategias y desafíos de la práctica docente en el contexto de Aislamiento Social, Preventivo y Obligatorio en nuestra condición de docentes en la asignatura “Fundamentos y Constitución Histórica del Trabajo Social-B”, materia teórico-práctica del primer año de la Carrera de Licenciatura en Trabajo Social de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales —UNC—. Nuestras reflexiones no solo recogen una mirada coyuntural de contexto, atravesada por la pandemia, sino que también reconocen las condiciones en las que se ejerce la docencia y se forman les estudiantes, en un escenario de tránsito entre un período neoliberal a ultranza —con ajuste y deslegitimación de la Universidad Pública, la Ciencia y Tecnología— a un momento en que  se revaloriza el rol del Estado y de la política pública para la atención de los asuntos comunes de la sociedad, reforzando áreas como educación y salud. No se trata de una “foto” de este momento, sino de una “película” que recorre a lo largo y ancho la actividad docente, reconociendo la centralidad de la categoría cuidados para analizar nuestro “oficio de enseñar” y para pensar estrategias de fortalecimiento de las trayectorias académicas de les estudiantes.
