Then progress is made on the inclusion in institutional spaces of the students with observations and suggestions in this regard, and then continues identifying knowledge and experiences put into play in accompaniment as an institutional benchmark, which gives rise to continuing the relationship theory and practice, and finally the final thoughts. The axis that runs through what is presented is in relation to the field of professional intervention of Social Work, linked to paths, dilemmas and challenges as possible triggers of questions and learning for students. El presente artículo tiene como propósito compartir aportes y reflexiones en el acompañamiento a las/os estudiantes como referente institucional en las prácticas académicas de la carrera Licenciatura en Trabajo Social FCS-UNC, anidados a través de más de diez años de ejercicio de esta función en un centro de prácticas. A los fines organizativos de la lectura del artículo, se encuentra en primera instancia una introducción recuperando definiciones centrales y de encuadre acerca de las prácticas académicas. Se avanza sobre la inclusión en espacios institucionales de las/os estudiantes con observaciones y sugerencias en este sentido, para luego identificar saberes, conocimientos y experiencias puestas en juego en el acompañamiento como referente institucional, lo cual da pie a continuar con la relación teoría y práctica. Y, por último, las reflexiones finales. El eje que atraviesa el artículo, está en relación con el campo de intervención profesional del Trabajo Social, vinculado a trayectos, dilemas y desafíos como posibles disparadores de interrogantes y aprendizajes con las/os estudiantes.
