The methodology applied was positive for the participants: field trips, understandable theoretical concepts, practical classes in accordance with the theory, laboratory activities and field trips. The elaboration of a project seemed adequate and creative. El trabajo presenta una experiencia, realizada en la ciudad de Posadas­ Misiones, en la que fue posible relacionar los resultados generados desde la investigación (la Botánica y la Taxonomía) con la capacitación; esta última destinada a una comunidad heterogénea integrada por docentes, profesionales, alumnos, técnicos, entre otros, que demandaban conocimientos vinculados con la flora autóctona de la provincia de Misiones. La metodología aplicada resultó positiva para los participantes: las salidas de campo, los conceptos teóricos comprensibles, las clases prácticas acordes con la teoría, las actividades de laboratorio y salidas de campo. La elaboración de un proyecto les pareció adecuado y creativo.
