El caso de Hipólito Piñero: vicisitudes de una familia para continuar Reguera, Andrea - In patrimony formation process, it is necessary to distinguish patrimony (the whole material and immaterial things (utilities) of a person and the rights over them), from patrimonial behaviours (this means the motivations of a person in the process of accumulation, reproduction and transmission of the capital). Instead of the point of view adopted is the individual one, we will havein charge the composition of familiar structures (although they could be diversified, for a determinate moment and time, it is possible to find some dominant forms); the kind of familiar relations (between parents and sons and among brothers, what conduce us to state the problem between authority freedom; economic dependence-economic independence; preferences, predilections, favoritism-relegation, repulses, rejections); and the ties and belonging to nets (ties of compaternity, parentage, friendship, clientship, loyalty, favours and politic adhesions with the vinculums with the power, what would allow to obtain the benefit through the influence and the intermediation). En el proceso de formación de patrimonios, es necesario distinguir patrimonio (conjunto de cosas materiales e inmateriales (bienes) de una persona y los derechos sobre ellas) de comportamientos patrimoniales (esto es, las motivaciones de un individuo en el proceso de acumulación, reproducción y transmisión del capital). Si bien el punto de vista adoptado es el individual, no por ello dejará de tenerse en cuenta la composición de las estructuras familiares (que si bien pueden ser diversificadas, para un momento y espacio determinado es posible hablar de algunas formas dominantes); el tipo de relaciones familiares (entre padres e hijos y entre hermanos, lo cual nos lleva a plantear el problema de autoridad-libertad; dependencia-independencia económica; preferencias, predilecciones, favoritismos-relegamientos, rechazos, exclusiones); y los vínculos y la pertenencia a redes (vínculos de amistad, parentesco, compadrazgo, clientelismo, lealtades, favores y adhesiones políticas, vínculos con el poder, lo cual permitiría obtener beneficios a través de la influencia y la intermediación).
