This kind of revisionism, like previous ones did, claims to fight against the official history. In commemoration of the Bicentenary of the May Revolution, these neo-revisionists published many works that show the same shortcomings as the previous revisionisms: transhistoricism, anachronism, anti-intellectualism and a binary world view. From our standpoint, the only innovation these writers introduce is to use their national history to sell their media products.
