Expounded through the privileged voice of Dr. Ángel M. Giménez -a cultural reference among the Party members-, this view allows us to see the complexity of scouting-socialist interactions and therefore it let us to research on the new political and pedagogic dilemmas that Post World War I would introduced on the definition of Childhood as “Citizenship of tomorrow”.
