Cases of agrarian productions are studied, an extractive like logging and another important manufacturing concentraction like tobacco. This research goes further from the agroindustries related to sugarcane in the Northwest and cotton in the Northeast which are the pillars of these agroindustrial economies. The aim is to know the agrarian projects, primary sources, which were forgotten in the files record of the National Congress. These files would have been an alternative for the regional growth in the Argetinian agroexport model which was current until late twentieth century. Esta investigación histórica analiza las iniciativas y proyectos para la economía agraria del Norte argentino, desde la posguerra, cuando avanza el Estado interventor transformado desde mediados de los 40 en dirigista y planificador, hasta los años de 1960, cuando se despliega el desarrollismo en la Argentina. Se estudian los casos de dos producciones agrarias: una extractiva como la explotación forestal y otra de importante concentración manufacturera como el tabaco. Este estudio va más allá de las agroindustrias vinculadas a la caña de azúcar, en el Noroeste (NOA) y el algodón en el Nordeste (NEA), que resultaran pilares de esas economías agroindustriales. El propósito es conocer los proyectos agrarios –fuentes primarias- que quedaron en el olvido en el archivo de expedientes del Congreso Nacional y que hubieran podido ser una alternativa para el crecimiento regional en el contexto del modelo agroexportador argentino vigente hasta avanzado el siglo XX.
