For that purpose, experiences such as those represented by the Economic Commission for Latin America (ECLAC) of the United Nations Organization (UN), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or the Alliance for Progress (ALPRO) are studied. As a hypothesis, we support the presence of a "developmentalist mosaic" that accounts for the diversity of discrepancies, but, above all, we support the existence of existing agreements around the problem of development in Latin America at a specific moment in its history.
