These discourses have become not only about seeking solutions to everyday problems, but also about establishing entrepreneurship as the ultimate goal of life, tied to the materialization of desires, placing entrepreneurship as the highest figure of freedom and autonomy of individuals within the neoliberal context. Based on a bibliographic analysis, this essay reflects on how self-help literature shapes the subjectivities of readers so that they can adapt to neoliberalism without many complications, assuming the figure of the entrepreneur as the path to personal success. Al poseer una gramática enfocada en la superación personal, la autoayuda y el emprendimiento –amparados en los paradigmas empresariales de la responsabilidad– crean una serie de dispositivos destinados a moldear y controlar las subjetividades, con la idea de que la vida debe ser llevada sin complicaciones. Estos discursos han devenido no solo en buscar soluciones a los problemas cotidianos, sino también en la instauración del emprendimiento como fin último de la vida que, atado a la materialización de los deseos, es colocado como máxima figura de la libertad y la autonomía de los individuos dentro del contexto neoliberal. A partir de una revisión bibliográfica, este ensayo reflexiona sobre cómo la literatura de autoayuda moldea las subjetividades de los lectores para que estos puedan adaptarse sin muchas complicaciones al neoliberalismo asumiendo la figura del emprendedor como el camino al éxito personal.
